Since bursting onto the scene out of North Carolina, The Malpass Brothers have taken traditional country and Bluegrass music by storm. The Malpass Brothers have earned their pedigree touring with country legends like Merle Haggard and now headline festivals and events across the country.
While carrying the tradition of classic country music is paramount, the Malpass Brother pride themselves in entertaining audiences with their stories from the road and hilarious sibling interactions.
The following that these country troubadours have amassed in such a short time have caused venues, organizations and talent buyers to take notice, even earning them their own namesake Bluegrass & Country event.

Welcome to Fiddle & Steel Productions. I thought it would be a good idea to tell you a bit about us and why we are doing what we are doing. I was raised on country music—Real, honest to God country music. MY motto is “If it don’t have a twang, it don’t mean a thang.”
While there are some great country artists coming on the scene today, we don’t hear enough of the traditional country music anymore. Merle Haggard, George Jones, Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn and more, are all still heard in my home.
And with that, I decided to bring this style of music to Lebanon and breathe new life into traditional country music through established country acts and independent artists who carry on the rich tradition of country music. As a resident of Lebanon for nearly two decades, I am proud to bring these talented artists to the beautiful Capitol Theater.
